Cognitive Life Theory (Incomplete)
My theory is that cognitive Life is based on two things, in this order and looping, relativity and perspective.
Relativity is about the physical attributes of the universe and perspective is the cognitive processes that result from that. A
perspective cannot be gained unless relativity exists. Example; a person born brain dead has relativity, but not perspective.
The brain may be developed, but not functioning. Until the brain functions, and learns about relativity to the universe and the
things in it, that person has no perspective.
Perspective is obtained from sensory components of the body such as hearing, sight, smell, touch, and taste. Just having ONE
of those components will give a person a perspective that an opinion of the world can be constructed.
Many may think that Helen Keller "overcame" obstacles because she wanted to be like others, but really, I think she wanted
to expand her perspective of her world. I remember reading some things from her autobiography and one thing she really
liked before she became famous was the feeling of cool running water over her hands. Her mentor used this to explain things
to her and expand her perspective through relativity. She was able to relate the nice feeling of water with the braille word "good".
This type of relativity empowered her to change her perspective by learning braille, thus opening an enormous communication
link...reading. The relativity of 2 senses opened that door.
Religion is obtained AFTER perspective.
